Default Charging Issue Driving Me NUTZZZ!!!!

Ok guys... here is the deal. I start the car in the morning and it charges fine for about 5 minutes or until the car gets warm... then the voltage drops right to 13 while driving... then when I stop at a light it quickly drops the the yellow on the gauge.
I have replaced the alternator 3 times in the last month and a half because they keep burning up... the copper coils are turning purple.
I am going to do the big 3 this weekend probably, but I do not want to put the 200 Amp alternator I just bought in until I figure out what is frying them.

Car electronic info: Alternator #1,2,3... all brand new delco remy 102 amp stock replacement.
I have stereo equipment also, but on alternator #2 I disconnected ALL equipment and it still fried the alternator.
There is no UD pulleys.

If you need more infor please ask. I need to get this fixed. ANY info or help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Definitely do the "Big 3"this weekend, also buys some flex loom to put over the new power/ ground cables, and make sure the battery terminals have no corrosion on them where they screw into the battery, and make sure all the grounds go to clean bare metal.
I think this will fix your problem.

Is there any specific ways to do the grounds? Everyone seems to think my pcm is causing the problem. Is this possible? Any other suggestions?

Is there any way to test the turn on wire from the PCM to make sure that it is not leaving the alternator on constantly like I have been told? I want to try to Isolate the problem. I did the BIG 3 and still did not fix it.

Question

Have you scanned it for codes? Did you get all the re-manufactured gm alts from the same place, or from different stores?

Is the belt routed correctly?

Have you tried a new alternators, not a a re-manufactured one?

If you do a google search on "trouble shooting alternators" you'll see a lot of questions a lot like yours involving multiple re-manufactured alts burning up . Re-manufactured alternators are trouble, IMO!

Also get the battery checked to make sure it doesn't have a dead cell.

Not having a good ground connection can be a huge problem. You just have to make sure that all your grounds are connected to BARE metal on the vehicle. Just remove ALL clearcaot and paint from any ground connection.

Also, If the battery is good make sure you put it on a charger , and charge it up before putting another alternator on.

I have had it scanned for codes and there are none. Also, only the first replacement was a reman... the other 2 were brand new delco remy. I am finishing putting on my 200 amp load boss alternator as we speak. I also did the big 3 so we will see what happens. I took my grinder to all the ground locations and instead of just doing the big 3 I replaced all major power and ground wires including the one from the battery to dist. block and all the starter cables. I will let you all know what happens. Also, I have charged my battery every time and I went and exchanged it today just to be sure. I have the optima red top battery.

Still having the same issue... Big 3 is done and bigger alternator... It just lasted an extra day before it fried. I am getting severely frustrated. What else can it be?

I have added a aftermarket stereo deck. It is a 7 inch screen, but I don't think it uses that much electricity. It also started having this problem when everything was stock. Other than that, I really have not added anything. Another thing I have noticed lately is that stupid security light coming on and everything. I don't know if it is related or not, but it just started doing that.

Have you checked your fuses and relays to make sure they are not blown?

I thought I had, unless there are some I am missing that are not in the regular fuse panel? Am I missing anything?

This may sound kinda dumb, but how do you check and test them? I really can't tell how to.
