Picked up some CFM compared to the previous test but I also can’t access the fan as easily to get the highest number. This 2932 ft/min converts to 3310cfm which is a full 1300cfm more than the Flexalite.

This is my PWM table settings. This is a positive PWM fan and the term puts out a PWM negative signal so the low is 85% and high is 10%. This is only for the 16” not the 18”!! I have either a 160 or 180 Tstat but my previous fan would run in the 180s if I was moving slightly. I would like to keep this under 195 and at 35% I’m at about 2709 CFM which is a full 700more CFM than the flexalite.

My triggers to activate the fan PWM table. Both triggers need to be satisfied before fan activates. 140 is the min temp and rpms must be higher than 500 so this stops the fans from turning on with the key on and engine temps are at operating. Haven’t tested yet.
