I believe Summit will have the 30# SVOs, but you'll need to call and ask for them. I don't believe they are in their catalog. I believe a Ford dealership would probably be expensive.

I could be mistaken, but I think I read that you start to choke with them stock at 450rwhp or so. I THINK....But if it were me and I was pushin 475 to the wheels I would be investing in atleast a new throttle body, most likely a maf too. The second part is just a personal opinion..

personally the SVO brand injectors are some of the best to run in these cars. Easy to tune, and they work great. As far as the MAF you already have the 3.5" Unit. IIRC it should be able to accomodate the power you want to make.
The stock TB IMO becomes a restriction anytime you start going over 4800rpms. IIRC there was an article a few years ago by vizard about it. And for those who argue that they put the 48mm on the BB Ram Jet, it's because why would bean counter GM make a bigger one when they already had one. People with the BB Ram Jets go to bigger TBs and Pickup power.

The OP also never really disclosed whether or not that was rwhp or fwhp. Of course the number I gave is FWHP.
