what do I hook my brake booster up to?

It's just the standard 6.0. That's an LQ4 right? I can't remember. It looks like there's a plug. It's hard to tell if it's a plug or if there's a hole. The motor is in and pretty close to the firewall. I didn't pull the motor. It was out already when I bought it and I didn't notice that spot on the back of the intake. If there was a ruby that came out of there it was gone when I got it.

I had the same problem as you. The pn for the vacuum fitting you are looking for is 12559760 from your local GM dealer. I also found this thread when I was using the search feature ->https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversio...cuum-port.html
This is what you don't want to do when removing the fitting.

You're going to need to know how to remove the plug so you can put the correct adapter/nipple in it. Pull out on the black plug while pushing in on the red retainer part, and the plug will come right out, and the new one will just push in. Some people have found this out the HARD way! Just my $0.02

Yea, I ruined my manifold trying to remove one, while talking to LS1Nova71. Go figure.
I figured it all out just AFTER i ruined the old plug and left part of it stuck in the manifold.

Thanks for the help on this! Last night I didn't know where to look for a place to hook up. Today it's done. I like it!
