Vinyl Lettering?
Is vinyl lettering the way to go to fill in the back camaro letters, or is there a better way? and if vinyl is good, should I get it from afterthoughts auto?

What color car is this going on? Vinyl lettering is a good way to go, cheap, you can go expensive and get the stainless steal or the pop out letters, but then your looking at $80 plus.

its going on a Bright Red 2000, and the letters are going to be black, I just smoked all my lights and I think it will make a good change so I'm not like every other camaro.

make sure you clean the inside grooves of the letters in the bumper. use alcohol and maybe try to strip the wax off. the letters will stick better if done that way, also refrain from washing or getting it wet until after they dry. i had silver in my lettering, eventually it started to peel off so i removed it and got the laser cut letters and they look awesome!

Yes, its that easy. You can also use a little water/soap solution to help place them. That way they will "slide" around until you have them right where you want them. Might want to order 2 sets in case you mess up a letter. I did that the first time around and had to wait on a replacement. There cheap enough to have extras on hand.
