Thumbs up BitViper Antena quick review

So I ordered a BitViper antena and I got it today. Of course I couldnt wait to install it so I did right away.

The car looks much better now that I dont have the big o RC car antena.

I will go for a drive in a couple of hours and check if the reception changed.

And along with the antena I received a letter from Aaron Thanking me for the purchase along with install instructions and it was signed by him! That was a very personal and nice touch in my opinion.

Thanks Aaron for the product!!

LOL! Screw old antenna to left. Place new antenna in the same spot, and turn it to the right.

lefty loosey righty tighty. At least that's all I believe it takes.

SS DNA, does yours have the ~1" tall cylindrical base, or does it have the curve right at the bottom? I think the ones he sells now are without that cylindrical base.

I would just take it to a shop for installation, there`s to many things that could go wrong with that type of install. Maybe just take it to a dealer to make sure it`s done right, they shouldn`t charge no more than $600.00.

I just took my stock antenna and cut it down to 8" and put the ball back on the tip. I think it looks a lot better. PICS please

I have been running this antenna for several years now, so I have the older style. Works great & hasn't faded either. Are the instructions for replacing a electric antenna? I know he has asked me to walk a few members thru the swap since I was one of the first to ditch my broken electric antenna for his.

Mike.. Whats up dude....
Can I use this!... I send out a two page detailed instruction..... this is much better

Id post pics.. but I think that might not be welcomed (I'm a mode on another site.. trust me they hate knuckleheads!).... they need some type of sliding scale for site sponsorship.. us very little guys cant afford the big bucks

Do a search on BitViper AND Antenna

try this old post
https://ls1tech.com/forums/appearance-detailing/636561-my-unbiased-bitviper-antenna-review.html

Smokin99.. the cut antenna is a great look too.. and much cheaper that buying any aftermarket one.. but there drawbacks
