Default retrofit projectors build?

am this close to order the morimoto H1 projectors but am having second thoughts. my current headlights are okay but I would kill for more light at night!!

my question is, can i get the lights i have now (picture below) back to stock form by removing the 3 halos frame? i mean, is this even removable?

if yes, should i paint it black or leave it chromed? is it worth it?
am not a fan of black outs on a black car but a whistler mod is kinda nice...am torn! too many thoughts lol! any ideas?? thanks.

okay, after a massive research ive found this https://i.imgur.com/QznQo.jpg

now back to the same question, do you guys think i should go ahead and do it? my headlights need restoration anyway. am going to change the weather striping, polish them and clear coat then retrofit (maybe whistlered or just stock form).

You can get Whistler mod brand new lights from Depo on Amazon for $128 shipped with no wait. Drop $20 on some decent xenon bulbs, spend a few minutes with a Torx driver adjusting them, and you're in bidness. Got some now and they work just fine.

first off, i live in middle east (Dubai) shipping those to where i live would cost me atleast 300$ in total, second, my headlights are okay they just need a basic sanding and polishing. finally, i would rather not blind others, mounting hids on a non projector (reflectors) is REALLY inappropriate. the light pattern is just wrong. i find retrofitting has better outcome. thanks
