I had no tips on my T/A when i had my duals dumped. It did look a little out of place, but the sound and performance was definitely worth it, IMO. I have also heard of people using a formula rear bumper on their T/A when running dumps. It looks a little more clean cut.

I agree with you...but i think black cars and cars with the "CETA mod" can pull it off since it is dark and not as noticable

I think just because of the cut-outs in the rear bumper specifically for the tail pipes makes it look like there would be missing somehting... it wouldnt look too bad but not quite right.

Just get the exhaust over the axel or under it... then youll have tips and dual exhaust.

Thanks for the pics wickdws6bird! Doesn't look bad at all!

How does an under the axel style work? Wouldn't that kill the ground clearance?

Well as of this morning I have Mecham tips on it, When I did my exhaust i used 3 bolts flanges on the turndowns and had pipes ran under the axle with my tips so I could change them whenever i feel the need 2. So last night I took the 20 mins to do so.

Your welcome, with my 3" I don't have any problem with the under the axle my main ground clearance issue is with the bullets and that is only extreme circumstances

That back bumper looks really good with the black on the bottom.
