Griot's Garage - Customer Service
I placed an order from Griot's Garage a couple of weeks ago. Last night, I was playing with my bottle of Speed Shine, when I noticed a leak from the bottle where the sprayer attached. I shot an email this morning to their customer service department, and with no questions asked, I got a response saying that a replacement bottle was on it's way.
Always appreciate being taken care of...thanks, Griot's.

well your statement was not about how well the products worked. it was about customer satisfaction. there is a section titled "LS1TECH Sponsor Feedback-
Tell us about your sponsor transactions".
Thanks for *your* useless postS.

Give me a break. Guess that's what I get for trying to share an experience.
There are products (in every section) that are talked about all the time who aren't sponsors. I didn't post links, I didn't spam, etc. I'll make a note not to post anything helpful in the future.

So far, all I've tried is their Car Wash, Speed Shine, and Interior Cleaner. I think the car wash is one of the best I've used (I did a review on it sometime back). I haven't used the Speed Shine too much, so I'm not quite ready to compare it yet. The Interior Cleaner isn't too strong, but it's effective for those weekly/monthly clean-ups.
Thanks

zane im with you i use there stuff and there wax is great and its not user friendly at first but its also not used like your typical wax you gotta read the directions for it. but once you get the hang of it it can yield some awesome results

That's one of the things that made this board the place that it has become. That's the fact that people can come here and have an exchange of ideas and things about something that's working for them or had good luck without being harassed to death about talking something that is by a non sponsor which wasn't the point. The people pointing fingers here are the instigators not the thread starter.

am I reading some of these posts correctly? Are people actually giving Zane grief about posting something in this forum?
Make a list of the top 10 detailers on this forum, and a list of the top 10 most helpful posters in this forum.. Zane's name is on high both of those lists.
Tell us how many people have been helped by your 67 posts?
As I mentioned earlier, I don't use many of their chemicals, but I do use several of their tools. Detailing brushes, pneumatic polishers, pads a some things like that. I am also thinking about giving their small 4" inch oribital a try, just to see what I think of it.
