Default Stall= MPG??

I don't have s auto, but Im just wondering. lets say you bought air intake, headers and exhaust. You know stuff that gives you power but also gives you MPG. I know that a stall would help with shifting higher and keeping the rpms up when you are racing or just hauling. So i would think it would cut down mpgs , But when your just driving regular in the city or highway it should not take away right??

With my experience with my PI 3200 it will actually give you greater mpg on the highway. When im cruising at 35mph and the converter locks up im cruising at 1000 rpm's!

Hwy mpg is gonna be neglible either way, city mpg loss is gonna be dependent on your right foot. One time with a stall/cam/bolt ons I drove hard as **** for almost 1 tank of gas, I got 75 miles to that tank

Don't expect any sort of MPG increase. If anything you will lose 1-3 MPG combined driving.

I went from 22-23 mpg to about 20 mpg after the converter. Then down to 17-18 mpg with H/C.

One time I got 245mpg and i think I could of gave it another 15 or so more miles to a tank with my PI 3200. Today as a matter of fact my car broke down, i got stuck on the freeway, car is at my friends shop, going to go over it tonight and tomorrow to see what happened. Said could be several things mentioned the TQ or somethign up in the tranny, this last week i got 210mpg to a tank wonder whats going on...

I had a 3200 with 2.73 gears and I went from getting 18ish to 12-13mpg. It was fun but I filled up every four days or so. Worth it for sure. This was with boltons and a tune.
