Default Too much stall???

Did I go overkill on this stall???
I would like your thoughts before it goes together.
2:1 STR and 3200 stall
3500# vehicle
LQ9, 210/218 cam with 114 LSA
3.42 gear with 28" tires
Mostly street driven but hoping for well into the 12s on street radials

No, if anything a bit on the small side; but being a street driven car will be fine.

Should run well.

I was concernded because my cam card says 5400 max rpm and 6000 valve float. I think that is a considerably lower RPM band than most are running.

You will probably wish you went bigger once you get it together (i did) but it will be fine.

3200 is better suited for an LT engine because of the low end torque. 3600 would be better for you, but 3200 is by no means too much stall

my 3200 vigilante stall drives very good for a fun little street car.

I'd bet that 3200 stalls a bit higher with your weight and gearing unless it was spec'd out for your specific application. Either way, I think the combo will be fun to drive and should work well.
