Monster Transmissions ??
I'm thinking about buy a 4L80E SS Mega Monster from monster transmissions. It rated at 1000hp and a 3 year warranty for $1,777 seems to be a good deal. Has anyone ever used this trans or a monster trans? Here is a link to the trans http://racetransmissions.com/store/p...oducts_id/1116

I have talked to a few people over the last few years that have had their units apart, and they were not much better than B&M or Art Carrs units. Stay with "known reputations" on buying a 4L60E or 700R4 transmission.

Yeah idk about the trannys themselves from monster. I and my friend have bought kits for our 4l60's from them. We were impressed with the parts we got in the kits but we had our own tranny guy put them together. Like everyone else said, probably be best to try one of the sponsors here.

Like the others have said a lot of documented problems with them, check out a search and you could read for days all the problems people have had with them. Steer clear my friend.
