Going from Stock TA shifter to Trailblazer SS shifter
Ok guys my stock TA shifter is finally coming apart from the threads holding the leather together so i am going to upgrade to the Trailblazer SS shifter. Is there a how to somewhere on here if so can you guys post it. Thanks

I didn't do a how to when I did mine. But...I'll do my best to explain it.
Once you remove the shifter you'll see the shaft with the notch down the middle. Make note of how high out of the metal the white piece stands. You need to cut those two metal pieces off leaving only the white plastic bar in place. Then trim off the white piece until it fits right with the shifter. You don't want to cut too much off if you do you're screwed. That white part needs to be able to sit in the shifter uncompressed in the "park" position or else you won't be able to remove your keys. I can take pictures later today if you need it.
