Thanks! That's the shifter I was going to go with. How do you like the buttons for shifting? I was also going to go with the TCI EZ TCU so I can Let it shift itself, or use the buttons on the shifter in manual mode. There is no Way to use the ratchet shifter to shift the tranny manually like you would with a FMVB correct?

you can manually shift any Automatic transmission with a mechanical linkage...
personally... I would not unless it was a FMVB..in which case you have to manually shift it

auto shifting is more accurate and faster than a human.
electronics make for a lot better accuracy

How do you like using the buttons for shifting? Does it react pretty quickly?

I dont use the buttons for shifting.. I pretty much let the transmission do all the shifting on its own
only time I use the buttons, is when I amn roll racing in "*Mexico*" and want to put it in a lower gear for the start... then I flip a switch and go back to full auto as soon as I mash my foot and let the TMC-2000 shift for me

most of the time...theres no point to manually shifting an electronic transmission
take the Human error out of it and you have a more consistent car guaranteed.
