Please post the shifter brand name and part number.

Also if you have pictures of the shifter that would be great!

I seem to can't make up my mind if I want to go with a Rossler 400TH or a Rossler 4L60E tranny. But I think I am aiming towards the 4L60E after reading some posts in the forum from some of the guys. Interesting!

Tci Outlaw. You can switch out the plates for a 2,3,or 4 speed application and it comes with several mounts for the trans cable to trans.

Is it possible to install this shifter in the factory console without the cover?

If yes, how hard is it to get the shifter to fit right in the slot hole of the console?

Most people use the stock shifter and let the PMC or TCM shift the trans.

my 4l60e came with the TCI outlaw and like it, but went to stock shifter for stock look. Shifter is very well made and designed.

Yeah I use a stock shifter and let the PCM/TCM shift on its own but when I do a burn out I am not comfortable shifting from 1st to 2nd with a stock shifter. Just afraid I would be in between the gears and not realizing. I don't have time to worry but need a good ratchet type shifter so I can just slap in between gears.

Start your burnout in 2nd gear. There is no reason to start it in first and then shift into second.
