More info is needed from your end. What transmission does your PCM currently use T56 or the 4L60E? If it is the 4L60E file then you have no adjustments to make to your tune. If it is a T56 file, then you multiply the pulse by 2.5. You may have to add a little or take away a little to get it perfect but it will put you within 5mph. The crash he is speaking of is a bug in HPtuners, it sometimes causes a crash of the program in the middle of reloading your PCM, if you modify that pulse signal.

Its a 4L60E car. The speedometer is reading about 20mph at about 5mph. I have a guy doing a tune for me and we don't know what the ppm is to get the speedometer to read right.
