Can a TC install void a motor warranty?
It looks like somehow my rear main seal has let go after my TC install (ideas how?). Is this something that my extended warranty will cover or would GM void it when they see a green TC in there?

It all depends on the relationship you have with the
service tech & his manager. Odds are the adjuster
will not be there, the day the work is done. Playing
dumb is an option.
The converter, if it's badly balanced, can make enough
wobble at the rear of the crank to kick the seal off seat
every revolution and allow it to weep. If you feel a RPM-
dependent heavy vibration (maybe you got used to it)
in neutral, at spots, this is your probable cause.

I am not feeling any vibrations, car runs great aside from a motor tick that they said was perfectly normal and extended my warranty because of.
So you're saying they won't void it as soon as I mention it? Or is the best chance just to have them open it up and if they say something, play stupid? I am not sure how much they'll believe me because it has long tubes on it now. Will they give me any problems because of the long tubes?
