Default What is a perfect 4L60E worth?

I have the above tranny. It came off of a 2002 Z28 A4 with 15K. Want to sell. Going turbo with a built 4L80E.

Thanks,
Greg

There's not a huge demand for these......I see a lot going for around $500 in the For Sale section. All you can do is post it up and try to get your price out of it.

what he said. Unfortunately, most people upgrade when thier 4L60E goes bad rather then replace it. Most will go to either a built 4L60e by Rossler,Rock-on, Speed-inc, ect or will go the TH350/400 route. This places stock 4L60E's in low demand even with low milage and in perfect running order.

But $300-600 is still better then nothing. Every little bit helps. Good Luck.

4l60e's are all over the place and its just to easy to get one especially if you don't care if its any good or not just as long as its rebuildable.

i would be interested in get a 4l60e core to build but i don't want to pay the extra bucks for one that still works perfect. besides shipping would cost more than the core is worth when i can go to a local dealership and pay the core charge for a core and then build it.

With 15K on it, about $500-750.
