Default TH400 install

I want to put my TH400 TCI trans with a 4,000 rpm stall into my 2000 WS6 behind a Texas Speed 402/ls2.Its currenlty in my 71 Formula behind a 468 BBC.My questions are as follows.
1-What flywheel will I need?
2-Will the stock 6 speed mount work?.I've heard you can turn it around.
3-Will the driveshaft have to be cut,& if so do most cut & weld the aluminum
shaft or replace the shaft with steel one thats cut & welded?
4-Trans cooler I asume is like any car, locate in a air flowing area.
5-Will the pcm have any problems with the absense of speed sensors & any
switches that are not hooked up?
6-Am I leaving anything out?

I recently did the same swap, search through one of my threads. (T-56 to TH-400)

I list most if not all the parts you would need.
