how much will a stall help

Default how much will a stall help

I know this has been asked before but i am going to ask again. How much will a 3000 stall pick me up in the 1/8 mile. Saying if i get good traction. I have a 94 TA Lt's, 4in-y,flomaster,cai,pulleys,3.73, car ran a 8.42@83mph with a 1.98 60ft.

stalls help a lot, but every car is different so I cant say for sure but expect at least .2 off id say. remember stalls also help from rolls as well

id definatly say more than .2 tenths.

My old LT1 gained nearly 6 tenths from a stock stall to a TCI 3500

13.35 @ 103 1.98 60' to a 12.78 @ 105 1.72 60'

hes talking in the 1/8th tho not a full 1/4

i hope s 3000 stall and mt dr's i will run 8'0s since my last run was on street tires

6 tenths just a stall............. in the 1/8th...

He gained 6 tenths in the 1/4 mile.....look at his times. That's about right for a bigger stall converter. In the 1/8th your looking at 3-4 tenths.

not in this world he did'nt gain 4 in the 1/8 unless he did more than just stall!!!!! Stall and et's street's or some other suspension yes
