I've seen a lot of this and it seems to be normal as long as it's not causing any problems. I however would change it with an ATI or something that wouldn't wobble. I have an Innovators West balancer and it's rock steady.

Make sure everything down there is tight if anyones removed the pulley to do maintainance work or something like that.
Wobbling crank pulleys tend to lead towards unhappiness.

Mine did the same thing on my LS2. I took it to the dealer and they replaced it. A couple weeks later, it started doing it again. I had the balancer bolt replaced with an ARP. Turns out, looking at the bolt the shop took out, the dealer installed the new balancer with the old bolt with an impact gun. The threads were rolled on the end of the bolt and I highly doubt it was torqued to spec. Not to mention they are TTY bolts, and are not to be reused.
And to think, the tech that did all this is a multiple "Golden Wrench" winner. So now, I'm trying to figure out what kind of pulley I'm going to put on it. I'm thinking of going 10% underdrive, not much more because it's mostly street. I track it on occasion (4-5 times/year).
