Default plug wire question

Hey guys, I'm in the middle of swapping out headers/ MM's/ plugs and wires, it seems that the general consensus is to do ngk iridium tr55-ix or the tr5ix.

My question is, which plug wire do you guys recommend, I did a bunch of searching and found msd with heat socks is "usual" but; has anybody tried these:

http://marylandspeed.com/accel-extre...0c-p-4828.html

they are more expensive then the MSD's but they are cheaper if you purchase the heat socks and the MSD wires. Any input would be nice. PS the headers are kooks 1-7/8"

Autolite's work, and when the #2 header cooks the #2 plug wire you just go back to autozone and they warranty them....... I could use a long term solution to this issue, so I'm interested to hear more.

Ngk iridiums started misfiring after 1000 miles in both my cammed LS2 and my LS3 stroker. Use stock iridium plugs for your motor. I use stock LS7/9 plugs in my stroker and they work great.

Those plug wires will touch the headers and fry get some cool socks and be done with not worry about it.

Stock wires are lore than sufficient also.

Wow, I usually NEVER recommend stock stuff. But when it comes to plugs and wires, GM did it right.

I've ran stock plugs on all my other cars, without an issue, granted they were never LS based motors, my first thought was to get stock plugs and wires, but if the aftermarket stuff is better, then why not?

Granatelli "Zero ohm" for both my cars.

Of all the ones I measured (four wire method), the lowest in resistance.

TR55's and stock wires. You wont see any gains from spending more money. Youc an do MSD wires if you want red but itll only be a visual swap.

i only use Stock wires.. why?
because that nice metal jacket is the slickest idea around for removing plugs.
Long nose pliers - squeeze on the metal- a hefty length screwdriver and just pry against the head vs the pliers at the direction of removal, and you can remove all wires from plugs in less than a minute.

Never had an issue running stock wires.

I have MSD wires with boots, love them. I think I paid around $50-$60 on e-bay, they are better constructed than the stock wires so they'll last longer which is why I did them when I swapped plugs. Just my .02 cents

my acdelco wires are red now, I assumed it was stock. Stock wires are about 100 bucks my cost, and MSD'S are 60, about 110 with thermal boots. stock plugs are roughly 7 dollars my cost. so I'm thinking stock plugs with msd wires, and probably ARP head studs for the headers
