My daughter just came over today wanting to cut some 1.5"x1/8" steel for a home project. That little gimmick would have been perfect for her to use.

Walter Racecraft has been picking up some steam lately as some of you guys know. i've talked with a few companies that have helped me out a lot over the last few years. I'm now a dealer for the following companies:

Monster Clutches
Transmission Specialties
PA Racing (front and rear suspension for f-body and fox body mustangs.
ICT Billet (these guys make all sorts of LS engine swap components, including accessory brackets etc)
Smallwood Race Devlopement (Martin is an LS engine camshaft/valvetrain specialist)

If I can help anyone, let me know. Pricing is about the same as retail through anyone, just get with me and i'm happy to get you set up

Good deal man. Probably going to get set up with BTR out here. Kind of a must for the amount of LS stuff we do.

the detroit speed units look amazing. i'd love to install a set one day on a car. mine are a much simpler design though, so cost is much lower, lol

Mom's car is in the shop for ls swap love finally. It will likely get dumped back out of the shop for a little while after I get the 350 pulled. A local guy with a caprice wants to buy the 350 and have me install it in his car, so that's on the list of things to tackle in early 2017 as well.

More updates to come on that soon. I have to pick up my wife's new daily driver from my step-father-in-law tomorrow so that will eat up my afternoon. Hoping to get at least get this engine pulled from the firebird before the end of the weekend.

With this weather....hope you have a good heater

But, on the plus side....your beer won't get warm if it sets too long.

Well, things have been constant at my shop. I am wondering how well I'll do next year. Always something keeping me busy and I have constant contact with people wanting work. I may get more done on the shop next year than I imagined perhaps. Want to expand the shop 30x40 off the back left side for another lift and a chassis dyno in 2018.

We will see how it goes. Going to need to get a third hand at the shop next year for sure.

Thanks Matt. I know I've said it already, but a Matt Walter version of what I got going on will be bad ***. No idea when I'll actually be making money. So far it just goes back on the shop for tools and equipment, but at least it is not out of pocket anymore.

Friday night i got the trans out of the firebird.

saturday i went and picked up this, which needs a trans, and will be a great daily driver for my wife.

today i made a custom steering shaft that is a direct bolt in to the thirdgens, that does not require any notching or modifying of the column. this was at the request of a customer. i'm pretty proud of the way it turned out.

that's all i got done this weekend. the weather put a damper on things.

rag joints are almost always sloppy, even when new. u-joints are much better. will give a nice change to the whole steering system. the shafts i normally do are modified astro shafts, but the top joint uses a pinch bolt instead of a through-bolt thus requiring a relief to be made on the column. this one i made this weekend doesn't require any modifications to the car. remove old, install new. etc.

Had a little fun this weekend. Middle of December, 82 degrees and sunny.

I would describe it as a "medium" jet.
