Want to convert a e36 to LS1, has anyone here done it?

I'm about to start on mine...ordering some parts as I type this actually. Bimmerforums.com has an Engine Conversions section that has some good writeups in it.

I'm working with BRAAP on designing/producing a low cost LSx E36 kit.

Between the two of us, we have figured out some ways to make the swap easier, and less costly.
Also, RAO, is running a low-cost, easy-to-install, cooling fan, which we show on the website.

Here is a link to some of the prototype parts, which, hopefully, will be ready for production by May, 2010.
