What about spring perches? can I still retain my stock rack and pinion? Does this come with motor mounts, or are they extra (didn't see anything on the page).

I definitely like the price, may have to give them a try.

Sure looks like it is made for std sbc mounts. So, that would mean a conversion mount plate for a LS to fit.

Ok It looks like you'd still need plates for the motor.
Question 2 Are tires in stock location or pushed forward like QA1?
3 Can you swap different motors in later or is it a motor specific K member?

It is a universal. Welded some tabs on the top to bolt it to the core support.

It would be nice if Team Z added an ls based motor mount to their k member, I for one would be all over that.

I e-mailed team Z and didn't get all my questions answered but what I did find out was that the only swap they have done is a standard small block chevy and that all the suspension stays in the same location.
