Default LS1 or LS2 in FC RX7

Hey everyone, new to the forum and ready to purchase an engine for my FC LSX conversion. I have a couple of questions regarding an LS2 swap.

Based on what I have read up on there are 2 main things to consider when swapping an LS2 motor and T56 into an FC RX7. First would be the need to run an oil pan, windage tray and pickup from and LS1 camaro or firebird and second would be the fabrication required to mount the DBW pedal assembly on the rx7.

Is there anything I am missing here or is it really that simple.

Thanks,

Mike.

Thanks for the link! I had been looking for something but all that kept coming in google were links to a site that doesn't appear to be around anymore.

Is there a reason to stay away from the DBW?? I was under ther impression that to convert from DBW to cable throttle I would have to change intake manifold and ECM also.

How is the delay on these LS2 DBW cars?? On my Audi there is a very slight delay between pedal movement and throttle response. Is this an issue with the LS2?
