Default Need a smaller pulley

I'm doing a swap using the LS1 out of a 98 firebird, but the power steering pulley is causing interference. Is there a smaller pulley? I read another post where a dorman 300-201 pulley was recommended for a steering pump from a truck but mine is from an f car. I also read that the diameter of the shaft are different between the pumps. can anyone recommend a pulley? Is there something in the 4.5" size?

Search here, several options. Only the corvette pump has a smaller diameter shaft.

The CTSV pulley is what we use on our projects at Holley when we need a smaller diameter pulley. You have to leave the hub slightly proud of the end of the shaft when you install it to provide correct belt alignment, but we've used this set-up quite a few times without having an issue.

Ok The smallest Diameter pulley I've found is the dorman 300-123. fit the 91 Pontiac 6000 with the V6,but it's also used in most 90s GM pass cars with a V6.
The diameter of the pulley is 5 3/16, the hole ID is ,0748.
This will work for me.

Should I add a cooler since the pump will be working a bit harder with the smaller pulley?

I don't know it had anything to do with it, But i have a new corvette pump with a smaller pulley and the front seal blew out.( I turn it 7000rpm) I ordered a new seal and installed it and while I had the pump off I pulled the regulator out of it where you put your pressure hose and shortened the spring quite a bit. I felt no difference in the steering and it had not done it again.

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/rnb-300-202 This is the pulley I used on my s10 swap. Only thing I had to do was trim the shaft a little with a cutoff wheel and water, so that I could remove later.
