What specific questions do you have in regards to a harness? Our standalone harness would include attachments for the three items you listed out.

Can I run the lexus a/c and fuel pump relay with the ls harness,I going to keep the lexus pcm to run some systems I know the radiator has a sensor that controls the fans.the lexus has a auto do I need to jump a wire in the harness for the neutral safety switch.

wire is to be spliced into the circuit from the AC switch to the AC compressor.
For the fuel pump you could just take the 12v lead and power your relay with it.
You can control the fans via the LS harness. It has outputs to trigger fan relays based off of the coolant temp sensor.

We, had to relocate the factory lexus pcm under the drivers seat, and lengthen a bunch of wires to get the dash to read normal.
You should be able to find all that Jim(parish) posted up on the build here, somewhere.
We put a smaller(physicallly) battery in it, to give us room to mount the factory pcm in the engine compartment.
We had to flip the shifter linkage from the pass, side to the drivers side to get teh factory auto shifter, to run the 4l60e.
The gas pedal was a pain in the ***, if I remember correctly, it has been a few years, ago.
It didn't have air conditioning, there was some reason why, and can;t remeber now, but it made things alot more complex. It had nothing to do with the wiring part of it tho, I'm sure of that.

DLOVE, you posted a link for the painless harness. I don't see anywhere where it says the harness works with a 4L60E. Did I miss it?
I just pulled an LM7 w/4L60E, and am working on my swap as well.

Will keep an eye on this thread..Ive been entertaining the idea of an is300 build.. i havent seen one with a 4l80e yet? Anyone know if it would involve a lot of hacking to fit on in there?
