Default CAD LSx oil pan rail dimensions/diagram?

Just curious if anyone has a CAD drawing or otherwise of all the dimensions of a LSx oil pan rail before I have to take my pan off and start measuring.
A buddy and I are gonna CNC a couple billet pan rails and build our own sheetmetal aluminum oil pans for our "hybrid" installations rather than cut some pre-existing oil pans up to fit.
Thanks!

I was going to make a CAD layout when I built my pan.

But I decided it was easier to transfer punch the holes and scribe the outside (and cut it with a bandsaw).

I built my flange out of 4 pieces of cold rolled steel barstock (3/8" x 1.5 & 3/8" x 2") to avoid cutting a huge hole out of the center of a big piece of material, simply because it was easier and cheaper.

Thanks for your input. I was gonna do the same thing on the bandsaw except I'm feeling lazy. Plus if we CNC it we can cut an O-ring groove in it for no good reason other than we can.

Certainly you could use an O-ring, but the factory oilpan gasket is pretty nice....Its a chunk of aluminum sheet with a molded on rubber bead. Crushes to a specific dimension, and I believe is re-useable. I picked up a fresh one when I built my pan.

I can't give out our CAD data but I can cut you any pan rail you want, even LS7.

Please if you would post or PM me a price for a couple of aluminum flanges. I would prefer 1/2" thick. Are there machined, lasered, or water jetted? THANKS!

Yea the factory gasket does kick ***. We were just thinking of something cool to do to. No biggie either way.
