Afterthought sells, a kit by Raggtop:
http://www.afterthoughtsauto.com/contopcleanp.html
I bought a system from "303" which was a recommended product:
http://www.303products.com/main.php?infopage=kits
Very happy with the "303" kit. Be careful with the cleaner around the paint and glass, it will leave marks but it will come off.
I have seen it for sale at "Murray's" Auto Parts.

i went down to the harbor by the lakefront and got some stuff the boat guys use on there canvas. you kinda have to plastic off the car, it dry's kinda waxy(?) if left on surfaces. brightened mine up nicely, nice deep dark look to the black top. i never use any soap on my roof, just rinse or power wash it well.

From the site (Haartz makes our tops - for those that didnt know, but most of us do :
The Haartz Corporation recommends using RAGGTOPP™ Cleaner and RAGGTOPP Protectant. The cleaner Haartz developed (now our RAGGTOPP Convertible Top Cleaner) is a
low-pH, low alkalinity formula that had been tested and approved for years of ... blah blah blah go to this website to order http://www.wolfsteins.com/retailers.html
I get mine at autogeek.com, cheapest around and they ship pretty quick

I have used RaggTopp since new. It didn't wash off mine.
It needs reapplied about once a year (maybe more if you
are not garaged). Reapply when the water stops beading
is my rule of thumb. My top still looks like new at 20K+
miles and, what, 3 years now?
I got mine from some other place I can't remember now,
some e-storefront that mostly sold toy cars & stuff.
Yahoo or Google searches will turn up a pretty wide
range of prices, worth a little shopping.

Hi Everyone:
I am new to these forums.I just purchased 2001 WS6 vert Monday. However, I have owned 2 other verts through the last 12 years. I was always advised not to put any kind of protectant on the convertible top as it could prevent the material from being able to breath. If it it can't breath, so I was told, it will dry rot. Your thoughts?
