I have the SLP SFC's and they are very heavy duty compared to some others I have seen. They are welded into my car.

This guy does, and I posted up a link for them but a moderator took it down because they are not a sponsor. They are tubular but they run full length, connect to the transmission crossbrace and have a small triangular mount to the tranny bar. He custom bends them based off of a convertible. They have nice flat plates to weld to at either end.
I was very pleased.

Ok Here are the pics. With Kids I can't get to things as promptly as I used to.

Also I do not have the photo editing software on this machine so it is what it is.

It is upside down in the pics. See how the Tranny mount curves up because the main bar tucks up under the car.

I have had a change of plans now. Since I just bought the 01. I will have to wait to see if Wifey will let me keep both. If not they will go on the new ride.

I've got Don Goetz SFC's on my 30th Anv. SS Vert. Had them done in hugger orange to match stripes and badges. Excellent workmanship and easy install.....bolt on's.
Click on this link and scrool down to my post with photos.
