What lift? A 23x/23x cam with ~.600 lift on a 112 isn't a mild cam. Assuming it's somewhere around .600 that would be on the big end of medium sized cams. The cam I'm running is in that range. Quite a bit of chop. With long tubes and stock heads I would expect that cam to be in the 380-390rwhp range (you said it was an FRC so that implies a 6spd tranny). A mild cam would be in the 21x-22x duration range with around .550 lift with a lobe separation angle of 114 (less chop).

i run a torquer v3 cam.. That is a great cam also. For springs make sure to go with dual springs! You can get it all as a kit that comes with the cam. The kit has cam, pushrods, dual springs, titanium retainers, machine locks and seals
