not bad for a relatively stock car... tell me, without cam or heads can you really tell me you expected 12s out of the car?

edit: looking at your 60, if you can cut it a little shorter you can probly grab a high 12

This is a very stupid comment. He was .03 from the 12s. This means in less time than it took you to type one letter of this post, he could have been in the 12s. A bit cooler, a bit less humidity. A bit faster 60ft. like you said and he was there. So why would you make the comment you did? Just looks like time to insert foot in mouth.

I know stank owners who run them as low as 8 psi. I would drop them down to atleast 15. You just gotta make sure you don't loose top end and negate anything that you might gain off the line.

you dont need to have them that low on stock stall.. try 25- 30 ... but do a good burnout and theres your 1.9s

removing sway bar will also give your a better 60

just saying these things helped me lower my 60

Wow seems like a fairly high pressure. I don't know what the setup was with the 8 psi, but 25 seems high event for a stock stall? You guys know these cars in and out so I gotta assume you know what you are talking about.

If I go above 20 PSI I can't hook.

How much do you weigh? If you weigh like 220lbs and your gf weighs 120lb then thats your 12.9 right there if you have her drive.

lol Lightweight driver mod. My ex was about 90 lbs lighter than me, the plan was to slowly teach her to drive the car if I got close to 10's... I ended up not needing her though.

To the OP, damn shame your local track closed for the year. I would ditch the front sway bar and make another run at it.

Quick Reply: No 12s for me this year.....
