Depends on how well you set the car up and how well you can drive. With everything right, with a good driver, I would sure expect so.

I went bottom 7s in the 8th with bolt ons, 9"/slicks and a 150 shot with a 6spd. I wouldn't say an 11.20 pass is impossible at near full weight

a friend of mine went 11.4 @ 121 with long tubes and a 100 hit in a 99 m6 car. stock rear and spec 3 clutch. bfg drs on 17" zr1s, da about 2k '. 11.2 on a 150 shouldn't be terribly hard to do with a tire and good weather. he went 1.65 60'.
