Default 26" or 28" ET Drag slicks ?

I have a a 01' Z-28 that I ordered MT 28x10.5x15 stiff wall slicks (3055S)

Would I be better off with 26x10x15 ET Drags (3053S) ?

What am i going to have to do to fit these?

I do have adjustable UMI solid end control arms.

I have 4.11s and am pushing around 450 rwhp with the 250 shot I will be close to 700 rwhp.

I am putting these on 15x10 Weld RT-S rims with 7.5" backspacing.

Am I going to need to roll the fenders ?

Would I be better off with the 26" tall slicks ?

M6 and spray I say go with the 28s i would roll the fenders in the sake of safety and probly will need to BFH the inner part of the wheel well in front. Sound like a beast of a combo.

Depending on your race weight, you're probably going to need the 28" tire just to get down the track in 4th gear with the 4.11's & the rwhp you're making. I also make right around 700rwhp on the bottle and am trapping 135mph at 3900 pound race weight. If your car isn't ridiculous heavy like mine, I think you're looking at 140mph trap speed pretty easy.....

I have 2" drop with 26" with no rolled fenders and plenty of room on 16" wheels. I have seen others with no drop and 28" with plenty of room and no rolled fenders. I think even on mine with my drop and 28's I would clear without rolling as I can also adjust my suspension for it too.

There are also 28" tires that are 9" wide and can be run without rolling your fenders...or so im told.
