Default MWC Cowl Delete Dash?

Anyone running this MWC cowl delete still running a stock style dash?

How are you attaching it if so?

I can build some supports just curious what others have done.

For those who have removed the entire inner bulkhead area you can use something as simple as a few 1" wide sheet metal strips and form them to give places to support the plastic extension panel. Attach them to the back side of the firewall at height that will place the panel at the original height.

Eric,

Have any better pics of this kit complete installed with the windshield on the car? I am interested but it almost looks like it removes the original windshield mounting.

You can see in this pic there is a lip the windshield rest upon all the way across the center.

Yeah I found some better pics and ordered it online. I need to get the front lexan now. Do you offer it to fit the cowl? I'm in Afghanistan so I can't really call to talk.

We have discussed this option with Optic Armor and it will happen at some point but we are so busy we haven't made the template and passed it along to them yet.

Come first of the year I would imagine it will be an option to purchase.

Fwiw the lexan once laid on and screwed in the glass is easy to mark and then remove/cut
