Default Rodney! (and anyone else who wants a parking brake)

I am gettin the Strange Drag Brakes for my shitbox. I Remembered seeing this back in the day when I was sellin parts and did a little searching today and found it.

I will be using one on the left side.

I will need to Fab a brackett and TIG it to the caliper brackett.

It will be a few weeks before I get to do it but I will post some pics for those who are interrested.

Part numbers can be found here
http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerc...92&prmenbr=361

These are not listed on the Wilwood site other than the price list.

Anyone know off hand what thickness the strange rotors are?

LMAO! I used to keep my zippo in the console pocket. I had to search for it after every launch. After it found its way into my shift boot and blocked me from shifting into second I put it in my pocket LOL.

I thought about using the line lock. But I want something that will be there even if I have an elecrtical problem.

There are driveshaft brakes that i know will work on 12 bolts and 9" rear ends, but dont know bout the 10 bolts. It attaches to the front of the rear end behind the u joint and looks like a disc brakes. Ill get a link when i get home.

I have seen what you are talking about Kyle. Problem with them is clearing the Torque arm. Plus they add to rotaitional mass.

For the price of this little bad boy you can't go wrong either
