so can you still run a lca with them or do you have to switch over to 4 link or offset trailing arm to actually use the width you gain?

the labor is the cutting and keeping the control arm and spring location stock. not the fabricated tubs. still a nice piece.

sawzall works great too. i would think cutting it out would really not be that bad. I have done 2 or 3 of them in the past. Guess it just depends on your skill level or somthing.

There is ALOT of cutting, I used a plasma cutter and it still took a couple hours per side to get it how I wanted. I cut out 23 lbs of steel per side There is also the plate that goes across the frame, it is spot welded every 2-3 inches That is a PITA to get off.

Here is what mine looked like all cut up

From what madman told me you need 150 springs in the rear, I run a 10"x150 on mine with 29.5x10.5x15

You cant run a stock rear spring with that setup, I would like to see what the drivers side tub looks like, that side is totally different from the passenger side. Well I am done with my mini-tub, you would know someone would sell a kit after mine is done.

in order to use the extra space gained, would you need to cut the front and rear of the wheel opening to get enough clerance. I've seen alot of people cutting the bumper and front of the fender opening...for a taller tire i guess??
