Default Trick for windshield wipers?

I've been "dieting" my car the past couple of days and I can not get the damn wipers off for the life of me.

What is the trick. I've removed the nuts and can't get the damn things off.

PS--Its cool to move the rear-sway bar too right?

The wipers are a pain. I used the claw side of a hammer to pry them off. Of course my windsheild was already cracked so I wasn't worried about it since I'm replacing it once the motor is doon.

Jesus, you have got to be kidding me. I did a good share of prying but didn't want to get too excited. I'll give it another whirl today, day two!

So far done, that I can remember from late last night:

spare
jack
rear panels/speakes
hatch panels/shock
rear hooks behind the seat
rear seats/belts
panel under steering wheel
glove box
front sway bar
rear sway bar
visors
rear view
few brackets here and there
!air

Future:

oddesey battery
abs delete
!catback for bullet after Y
passenger saet (for race days)
skinnys up front
passenger air bag

good lookin, but it is a daily driver so I need my radio/window motor. I'm trying to do ALL of the stuff you can't see, and won't notice (for the most part anyway).

I will do a carpet swap for some light stuff eventually.

I'm gonna take off the rear support, but I want the front for peace of mind

Default Wiper removing

Get a pair of channel lock pliers and the nut from the arm.
Place the nut on the wiper shaft just so the top threads are in the nut and turn the channel locks so the flat blade is on the top of the nut and the curved blade is on the bottom of the wiper arm and squeeze the pliers together.
You may have to go from side to side but it will work.

radio still works fine with just the door speakers

Easiest way is loosen the nuts until they are on only a couple threads, pull up on the arm with one hand and tap the top of the nuts with a small hammer, pop right off everytime - just dont miss

If not just get a battery terminal puller from a parts store..

Mine seemed like they were rusted on. It didn't bother me to just pry them the wind shield was already cracked. I wouldn't have done that with a good windshield.

Should have just bought a puller. Alot cheaper than risking a cracked windshield. Play your cards right and insurance might pay for it.
