the spohn is chromoly (their drag version) while the BMR is mild steel. its not much of a weight difference. both are much heavier than stock (as they should be).

The Spohn and BMR are both nice units but at approx. 35#'s are way too heavy.

Another vote for the Wolfe bar which weighs in at 17#'s. If you don't like how it acts on the street just disconnect one side, same for the other two.

With rod ended control arms and panhard bar and no sound deadening in the car, how loud could it be LOL.

thanks for the input guys, looks like its gonna be a sphon unless the shop doing the cage might have something better
i defiently cant live with noise though so the wolfe is out for the extra 15-20lbs im not gonna worry about it. its mainly street driven anyway but do want it to launch nice and straight at the track too.

94z28- the rest of the suspension is hals, control arms, relocation brackets, thats it

I'd put a tq arm in there too while you're at it, or at least a crossmember taht gets teh tq arm off the tailshaft, like the BMR one.

another vote for the torque arm as well, with that and the new rear sway you'll notice a very nice difference
