I don't think you should worry at all.. Dynos don't tell a whole lot, go to the track.. Especially if these pulls were on different dynos..

Ported TB might be good for 4-5Rwhp, max... The plugs and wires won't show a gain..

I think you are fine.

Looks fine to me. The gearing change definitely didn't help you (at least that's the rumour going around) and your other changes were minimal. Not to mention you were dynoed two years apart.

Well don't look too bad don't think .Tuning could still make a 10 or so hp difference depending on what you are doing for afr and timing.
Next logical thing to add would likely be a cam. That with the headers should really pick up the power. You already have done the little stuff, lid, underdrive, ported tb.
Also maybe your valve springs need refreshing now.

The 3:73's are what lowered your dyno #'s a little bit. The power is still there, just doesn't show on the dyno because of the gearing.

I typically see ~4-7 rwhp loss w/ 3:73's in a 10 bolt, and ~7-12 rwhp loss with 4:10's. But again, it's not an actual HP "loss", it's simply a reading on the dyno.

it seems ok... if the plugs are old and u haven't done a service in a while you'll normally lose around 5-10
