Meziere Electric Water Pump:Dyno Results
I wanted to test the Meziere EWP out back-to-back to see if there were any hp gains, so I went to MMT in Dallas on Saturday and dynoed with the stock water pump and then the Meziere.
I gained 0 hp and -1 torque going to the Meziere!
Here's the stock water pump dyno graph.

And here's the Meziere dyno.

Here's a graph with the best runs from the stock water pump and the Meziere.

As you can see there was no hp to be gained, but the cooling and looks are something most people would go for.
With the stock pullies instead of the ASP pullies I might have seen some small gains, but I would consider the ASP to be the better buy.

Do you by any chance know what your engine temperatures were on both dynos?
I've seen a lot of people that drill too big of a hole in their thermostat and have their engines run too cool....i.e. 150-160ish degrees. I'm willing to be if your car was running under 170 degrees with the Meziere vs. 200 degrees with the stock waterpump, that could be some of your missing power.

Verbs, the dyno runs were done at 170-175 degrees. MMT made sure everything was as consistent as possible.
And I have a 160 thermostat with 1/8" holes in the Meziere for three weeks now which made it run at 168* on the highway instead of 165* with the 3/16" holes and it warms up a little quicker from a cold start.

Don't you have the Meziere race pump, and not the street version, which might account for your 10hp gain since it's like a no belt mod?

Well I went from 324rwhp and 341rwtorque to 338rwhp and 348rwtorque with the Shaner TB, ASP Pullies, and a TSP Lid(switched to from a MTI Lid), so I think the ASP is working just fine.
