Talking Tick Performance built 416. AFR 245's, Patrick G cam, nitrous

Hey guys, just wanted to share the results of my set up. The guys at Tick built a nasty little nitrous motor. Just went a 5.66 @123 in the 1/8 th Thursday night.

-416 ci LS3
-AFR 245 heads milled to bump up compression
-Patrick G cam ( hydraulic)
-GMPP intake
-4150 4bl throttle body
-Wilson pro flow nitrous plate ( .82 jet)
-kooks 1 7/8- 2'' headers
-tuned by Alvin

It was dynoed through a power glide, steel drive shaft, 12 bolt w/ 4.10's on 275 drag radials. 836 rwhp didnt think to ask for the torque number.

thanks guys, it has some more in it. I think it will go in the 50's if we can get her to leave a little harder. Best 60' its ever cut was a 1.30 on that pass.

any way you could tell me the N/A power. I have cnc ported ls3 heads and wondering how much more power I would see with the trick flow 245s im just wondering if its worth the money cause if i only get 15 more rear hp out of the deal my money is better spent elswhere

The N/A power is in the 540 range on a gas tune. If it was tuned on motor it would be a monster for sure. Also i have the AFR 245 heads not the TFS heads.

-Patrick, thanks for the cam. I almost got with you about changing the cam since this one you made for my 423 and a 200 shot. We decided to see how it worked in this motor and as you see it turned out pretty good. ;-)

-thanks Charles & Aron

you ever considered a frost duel flash pcm so you can run two tunes and have your NA setup make more hp then switch over to the no2 tune when you spray?
