Default PRAY built Vengeance tuned C5 408. 825/702rw on break in tune

First off I can't thank Ron, Mike, Kevin, and the rest of the guys at Vengeance enough for the great service and amazing results they always deliver. I think I literally love those guys. There isn't a better shop or group of guys anywhere. Ron and I talked a lot about this combo and I think we came up with a killer daily driver.

This project started about two years ago as a H/C/I car (420rw) that was going to get a A&A V1 and snowballed into the monster that it is. I put this together for a friend of mine. After a long wait for all the parts (and a couple trips down range) I finally got every thing assembled but didn't have time to finish and tune it before I went on my sixth deployment so I sent it to Ron at Vengeance to get everything dialed in. They also tuned it while it was down there for me. Best move I have made in a long time. The car is a beast. I am sure it makes 500rw on motor and drives like a stock car with a ton more power. I never even got into boost today and it was spinning like it was on ice in second and third. The tune is super safe and the meth wasn't used in the tuning process.

Combo: 2001 C5
SDPC Iron 408
10.0:1 SCR
Comp XER 232/240 .595/.589 115+3
TFS As Cast 220's
Yella terra's
Ported 90/90
A&A YSi 8rib 14lbs of boost
Innovators West 10% OD
ARH 1 7/8 3"-X with Borla cat back
Tex 0Z700
Full return style fuel system. Dual intank 255's
83lb injectors
ECS Meth kit single nozzle
Vengeance COS5 SD tune

825rwhp at 6,500 and climbing
680+rwtq from 4,800 to 6,700 with a peak of 702 at 5,900

I will post a graph as soon as I figure out how to post a JPEG off my desktop.

Very nice results. The OZ700 is a good clutch for street use, but are you strictly DD'ing the car or any track outtings with it? Only reason I ask is mine wouldn't hold up to heavy beatings through the years of commuting and racing.

I think it is under clutched as well but it was brand new and in there from the starting build. Just left it in there.

Not sure of the size of the pulley. I can find out for you.

Might look into a Katech LS9R or RPS BC2 clutch

Seems like the Monster clutches are the ticket these days. The Vette guys are setting records with them all the time.

My friend has the LS9R on his S/C C6 as after driving it that's what I'm gonna upgrade too when it's time.

Didn't know the Monster was only a single. This thing will need a dual for sure.

I suck at getting pics on here. I have the dyno graph that I can email to someone.

It sure is. Twin disc is the way to go and the LS9R is just a little stiffer than stock so it won't take too much getting used too and its a lot stronger.

Thanks Ron. It would be great if you could get a graph up. P.S. I am going to be in your neck of the woods for some training in a couple weeks. I would love to stop by and finally meet you and you crew.
