Talking As promised..TRak with full bolt ons and 90/90.......430/392

Well, finally got on the dyno this afternoon. I made 438/401 STD, and 430/393 SAE. I will have Mike post up the graph when he uploads it to his computer, I don't have a scanner to do it. Overall I was pretty happy. We did this all on street tuning, it may have a little more in it by actually getting to mess with it on the dyno, but all I got was 3 quick pulls since it was a dyno day. Thanks to Thunder Racing for a badass camshaft, Patrick G for some great tips and info, and WS6FirebirdTA00 for some awesome tuning

Peak TQ was around 5k, peak power was 6500 and climbing still, the way the graph looks, it could have made 430 or more. I have my shift light set at 6400, so thats where they stopped.

here you go 430/392 SAE, had some knock as well from being lean but didnt have time to fix that on the dyno. It was in peak torque range and about 3*, you can see where it went richer at 4400 where it knocked. BTW it was 438/400 STD Ben

yea, it needed a lil fuel here and there, but this was all from a street tune, with an LC1 that wasn't calibrated for the atmosphere, so I assume that it was a lil off. If Mike would have been able to tune it on the dyno, might have seen something a little different. Pretty damn good for a street tune with only 2 logs

yeah it actually made more power last time with more fuel, so it definately needed it. this was a dyno day so we had no time to do anything but log. the new tune already fixed the leaness

Thanks Travis, wish you could have come down and seen what yours would have done with some new tuning

Sweet numbers. You and Mike are dialing that SS to a gnat's ***! Well done. You're making power and torque that many people with heads/cam aren't!

the car is fast and drives great. I actually want to fool with the tune more than he does, he thinks nothing is wrong with drivability haha.

Travis, yeah the turnout was pretty damn good.

Thanks man, as I have said before, without the info you gave me, I may not have even chosen this cam. I really appreciate it!
