Default 02 C5 Z06/Vengeance Racing 427/TrickFlow Heads/Nitrous Outlet Plate Kit=143mph traps!

We just finished this customers car up Friday afternoon and he took it to the track Sunday for some seat time. FWIW, this was only the 9th pass EVER down a 1/4 mile track. That being said.... The setup consists of:

Vengeance Racing L92 427 Shortblock-Callies/Callies/Wesico
TrickFlow 235cc CNC Cylinder Heads-Milled for 11.5:1 Compression
Vengeance Racing Custom Camshaft-254/258 .596/.596 113+2
FAST 92 Ported by Vengeance
Textralia Exo Skel Clutch
MGW Shifter
American Racing 1 7/8 Longtubes
DMH Dual Cutouts
Corsa Catback
VaraRam Induction
RPM Level V M12
RPM Stage II Rear Diff-3:42s
Pfadt Racing Coil Overs
Pfadt Racing Rear "Pfatty" Sway Bar
DSS 1000HP CV Shafts
Nitrous Outlet 90mm Plate Kit- Pilled for 150
FJO Progressive controller- 30% @3500rpm-100% @ 4600rpm
683RWHP/682 RWTQ
Timing-21*
Air Fuel-11.2-11.5
DA for the pass was 3329
Track- Commerce (Atlanta Dragway)
FIRST PASS ON NITROUS EVER

http://s88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...t=MOV03165.flv

Result-10.43@143mph on a 1.54 60ft... Customer left at 3500rpm and spun thru first/second. He was a lil slow on the shifts, but I think that will get better with some more seat time.

Big thanx for Nitrous Outlet for their quality nitrous kit!!!! Fit/finish are excellent as always. You cant beat their customer service either!!!!

Also a huge thanx goes out to Trickflow!!! Making power AND going fast is just too easy with TFS heads on top of our combo!!!!

Here is an idle clip thru the Corsa and with the DMHs open

Ill get a copy of the graph posted later. Im having trouble with my network this morning

That's moving. How many miles per hour did the car pick up in the last 1/8 mile? Congrats.

That is some MPH. The car is moving down the track. Do you know what tires he is running and at what air pressure?

Ron, you may want to get him to switch to a timing based ramp. I find the timing based really helps if you are blowing the tires off, it does not cause more power to come in as the rpm rises from wheel spin.

Leave it up to the dyno queens @ Vengeance to post track results in the Dynometer section

j/k

Sick results guys. Your shop is definitely raising the bar for other Vette shops to keep up with.

That is a healthy mph for the altitude. At sea level would it be closer to 150mph and some fast powershifting?
