State of Connecticut owns it, the State Police use it for high pursuit training. They had just repaved it like 5 years ago or something like that. But yes the poll seems to indeed pop up every few months doesnt it LOL

It takes money, not signatures, to open a track. The new track (road course) in Palmer MA will be opening next season or the season after. Everything has gone through with the town and the land owners. There wasn't a single petition or signature, just a ton of money and a few meetings.

Yes, the petition on-line isn't going to do anything. I think that petition has been around for years - maybe 7 or 8 years? I remember signing it back in 2001 or 2002.

Awesome a road course in Palmer MA. I have never done any road course racing but it looks fun. They have days sometimes when streetcars can go out and play for fun at most tracks dont they?
