Arrow Saw maroon Z cop car on I84...

Hey guys, so today i saw a maroon z/28 on 84 east, right by exit 16 today... i was driving home and saw the camaro over on the shoulder, thought maybe the guy had a problem and when i passed it, it had tinted windows.... he had his brakes on like he was ready to take off! right before him there was a black charger, and he already had someone pulled over...
the Z was nice though, unmarked....
isnt there someone on the board that drives it?
i was gonna pull over to see if the guy needed help but when i passed it and saw the tints, i put 2 and 2 together....

cool, i thought i read a post on him when someone else posted a thread saying that they saw him on 84... he must love driving that thing as a cop car. i know i would!!!
is it his choice if he wants to keep that as a cop car instead of going to a charger?
definately is a good cop car, and you definately dont think of it being a cop car, unless you know what you're looking for...

I know they want to put him in a Charger but he has been resisting. Also he wants to buy it afterwards if he does change. If TrooperDave can chime in, i think ill let hom speak for himself.

I've seen him before lined up with a couple Chargers at the 84 interchange on rte 8. Seems to me tho that if he pulls me over for speeding I can talk Camaros with him and get out of it? That would def be sweet. LOL. Alittle tired of the tickets.

Probably wondering why at this day and age a guy wouldn't have a seat belt on at 6PM. Dave I'm atleast taking another maroon Z28 out of your area of responsibility, lol. Those Maine troopers will have to keep up with my weekend warrior.

Where do you have the lights on that thing, in the grill? Very cool, and I hope they let him keep it for pursuit duty!

Also I guess in CT there aren't any rules about not pulling over for an unmarked?

There are actually lights on the back of the passenger side sun visor. I think it had some in the grill too.

I think I've seen that car too many times to be comfortable driving anything slower than it
