like Brian siad above, the aluminum rods keep it from being a street engine. And before anybody asks, you can't just replace them with steel rods and run it on the street. The added rotating weight and stress will cause lower end issues.Other parts must be upgraded to handle steel rods.

as far as the block-i don't know the differences.I've never used an ERL block. We just reinforced the areas that we have had problems with in the past.Fireball's block isn't nearly as strong as the one i'm offering with the engine, but we wanted something a little safer.Although we have had no issues with fireball's engine at 1700+hp.With the 6 bolt head conversion and the main support i wouldn't be afraid to put 2500hp on one.In fact you will more than likely see one in Phil's engine next year.

those aluminum rods at 1600hp are good for 100-150 1/4 mile passes.

Nice engine combo. I guess Fireball feels a little left out now that you said that? LOL! Nice builds for sure!

Thats a great deal! Def. would opp. for the extra 1k for the 6 bolt setup. Even though you guys have proven the 4 bolt setup is plenty for most.If i didn't have such a perfect history LME i would def. be throwing a build your way.
