Will gto magnacharger kit work on f-car ls1 I have an f car LS1 in my67, thinking about adding a magnacharger. I dont have any of the clearance concerns that the 4th gens have, so with the 4th gen acc drive with a gto kit work:? anyone done this?

Yes it should work. I just bought one to put on my LS1 swapped thirdgen so I will know for sure in a couple weeks. The pulley routing is the same. I believe the spacing of the pulleys off the block is also the same so all should be good.

what kit did you use? used or new? where did you get it from? tuner kit or the ready to go? Please take some pics of the install and post them up. I love third gens, i've had 3, i would love to get another one

I bought a used TVS 1900 kit for a 2004 GTO. It came with everything I need...HD tensioner, heat exchanger, water pump, reservoir, fuel rails, injectors, TB adapter (if using a stock 78mm TB), valley cover, gaskets, etc. The guy I bought it from was even nice enough to throw in the correct length belts. I also went ahead and bought a set of overdrive cogs for it. I'll be sure to take plenty of pics and post them up. I'm still trying to gather a few things before I start but I'll probably start a thread here or in the conversions/hybrids section.
